what does that mean??????????

it means wat rune u use on it, it will have the rune plus and +1 of the rune type stacking like if u put on a rune of death, it will have +1 death stacking and the plus of ur rune

and also, what happen if u salvage hero armor and it disappears?

can u craft new ones?

if u mean u salvage the rune from the helm, the +1 stacking goes away but the helm is still there so you can put in a new rune

No I Mean When U Salvage Something, It Says Theres A So And So Chance Of Destroying The Item, So If U Destroy Hero Armor, Can U Craft New?
